Into provide technical support services for the document management system (DMS) and gain a better understanding of the DMS use by various business departments, the Information Department organized the 2022 Report Meeting on System Service on the morning of March 28, 2023. Tibet Pharmaceutical has started to establish DMS since the beginning of 2020, with an implementation period of about 6 months. The system is mainly used to realize the process management throughout the document life cycle, covering GMP, GVP, GLP, GSP and group archives. The user departments include the joint-stock company and subsidiaries. The quality management personnel and archivists of the Group attended the meeting onlineoffline at the same time.

At this meeting, the overall implementation of the DMS project of Tibet Rhodiola Technology Development Co., Ltd. in 2022 was summarized first, and detailed explanations were made from the project implementation plan, scheme arrangement, function construction, system application value and business improvement points; the overall technical service support for DMS of Tibet Pharmaceutical in 2022 was introduced, and the Information Department adopted various service methods to ensure the systems stable operation; finally, from the idea of informatization construction, the application architecture of the current software system was introduced, as well as other management systems such as quality management system, training management system, laboratory management system and classic successful cases.
Tang Bo, Deputy General Manager of the joint-stock company, stressed that the rapid development of current information technology has brought us convenience and many challenges. Only by continuously learning and keeping up with the pace of the times will we not be eliminated. This year marks the first year of deep integration of informatization and industrialization for Tibet Pharmaceutical, and Tibet Pharmaceutical will embrace informatization with a more open and positive attitude to help the companys development.
At last, in the interactive exchange session of the meeting, colleagues from various departments of the on-site joint-stock company, subsidiaries and online subsidiaries put forward problems in the system operation of their own units, and the Information Department patiently answered them carefully and made records.
Through this meeting, not only the overall operation of DMS was reported to the Companys leaders, but also the Information Department was informed of the problems existing in the system. In the new year, the Information Department will strive to cooperate with various business departments to do a good job in technical support and system training to ensure the safe and stable operation of the system.
